The BakeMax BMPM020 is a commercial, floor model planetary mixer with a 20 quart bowl capacity. Its 1/2 HP motor offers enough power to mix stiff doughs and large batches. It has a digital timer and 5 speeds, giving you complete control over the mixing process. It includes a hand lift tool which adds convenience by allowing you to change tools and bowls quickly and easily. For safety, a bowl guard comes standard and will automatically shut the mixer off if it is opened at any speed. This mixer is designed for plug and go installation.
