The BakeMax BMTPS16 Countertop Double Pass Dough Sheeter is designed to be compact and to make efficient use of countertop space. The body is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, and comes standard with safety guards to cover the moving rollers. The BMTPS16 has adjustable thickness between 0-4.76mm and can sheet 50g-1000g of dough to 15.75" wide. A single operator can make approximately 400 pieces per hour.
