This series also features a powerful forced air refrigeration system, ensuring consistent and cold temperatures throughout the interior of the chef base. The C-CB36 includes a digital controller and temperature read-out, promoting temperature consistency, energy efficiency, and excellent performance. Additionally, this unit boasts a sleek and ergonomic design, with a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, as well as recessed drawer handles to maximize work space.
