The Migali® C-PP93 pizza prep table refrigerator is ideal for storing and preparing pizza and sandwiches. This model boasts a powerful forced-air refrigeration system for even cooling throughout the unit and under the pan rail, as well as a digital controller and temperature read-out for precise temperature control. Additionally, this unit has a high-polished stainless steel exterior and interior, rounded door edges, and a recessed handle for an eye-catching and ergonomic design. Additionally, 26 cu/ft of interior space is provided, with 3 adjustable shelves, while an optional bun rack for 18" x26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" hotel pans is available.
