The Migali® C-SP72-30BT Mega Top sandwich prep table refrigerator is an ideal solution for storage and preparation of sandwich and salad food products. The “Big Top” series offers added space on the pan rail to fit more pans and maximize configurations. The sandwich prep series has a robust forced air refrigeration system for uniform cold temperatures throughout the entire cabinet and beneath the pan rail. This model has a digital controller and temperature read-out for precise temperature control, enhanced energy efficiency, and superior performance. Furthermore, it has a stunning stainless steel exterior and interior, rounded door edges, insulated roll cover, and recessed door handles for convenience.
