The XST-72-N model from Refrigeration X (a Turbo Air company) is a highly versatile Sandwich/Salad Unit with a width of 72-3/4 inches, a depth of 30 inches, and a height of 37-1/2 inches. It features a total capacity of 19 cubic feet, (3) solid doors, and (3) adjustable PE coated wire shelves for customizable storage options. This unit can hold up to 18 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, and also includes (2) hood, a cold air compartment, and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail. The exterior door is made of stainless steel, while the sides are made of aluminum and the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The rear-mount self-contained compressor runs on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 3/8 HP motor. This unit requires 115v/60/1-ph power, uses 5.5 amps, NEMA 5-15P plug,  and is certified to cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards.
