Sierra SHPN, *Non-Insulated* Heated Proofer Cabinet, 36 Pan Capacity

Sierra's SHPN is a mobile, non-insulated, heated proofer / holding cabinet accommodating up to 36 full-size pans (18" x 26"), with 1.5" clearance between slides. This NSF-approved model can maintain warm and hot food items until they're ready to be served. It comes with nine adjustable heat settings, reaching up to 185°F (85°C), plus a proof mode with humidity levels of 30-100%, up to 115°F (46.1°C). The user-friendly LED display on the bottom control drawer can be removed for cleaning. The SHPN has an air baffle and blower for even heat distribution, and features a sturdy, field-reversible door with aluminum frame, and casters and corner bumpers for protection. This product comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty.
