Valpro prep tables come in a range of sizes, feature configurable pans, and ensure temperature stability across pans and interior. Choose from standard and mega top models, which boast an extra row of pans. Each prep table includes a reversible cutting board for clean assembly of prepped ingredients and a floor below pans for spill cleanups. Valpro units are eco-friendly and are made under ISO9001 standards for quality assurance. They are tested and monitored before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
