The Astra SM 222 Super Mega 2 is a fully automatic, self-serve espresso and cappuccino machine built for high-volume beverage service. Equipped with a 4.2-liter boiler and dual bean hoppers, it is capable of producing up to 150 cups per hour. A rotary Procon® pump paired with an automatic water refill system maintains steady water pressure to support consistent espresso extraction. The built-in milk refrigerator improves workflow and drink preparation efficiency, while the touchpad control panel allows programming of up to 14 personalized beverage selections.

Engineered for ease of use, the Astra SM 222 features pre-infusion technology to improve flavor development and a programmable power schedule to simplify daily startup and shutdown. Its IntelliProgram™ smart system offers reporting and diagnostic capabilities to aid in management and maintenance. Durable stainless steel construction, brass flare fittings, and digital temperature controls contribute to reliable and precise brewing performance. The machine connects directly to a water line and drain for uninterrupted operation. Maintenance is streamlined through an automatic cleaning cycle that activates every 15 minutes and after each beverage, along with an integrated coffee grounds drawer for convenient waste disposal.
