The Koolaire KYF-0150A 26"W Full Cube Undercounter Ice Machine is ideal for use behind bars due to its undercounter design. It can produce 168 pounds of ice in perfect conditions and has an AHRI-certified production capacity of 110 pounds. With a bin that can hold up to 92 pounds of full-cube ice, this machine is perfect for slowly melting ice needed for cocktails, sodas, iced tea, and water. While full-cube ice is versatile, it is not as quick at cooling drinks as half-cube ice and takes up less space in glasses.

The Koolaire KDF-0150A undercounter ice maker utilizes a process in which water flows over the evaporator plate, cooling the refrigerant and forming individual ice cubes. The ice probe is activated by water flow for 7 seconds, triggering a hot-gas valve to melt the ice and release it from the plate. This efficient system produces up to 168 lbs of ice per day, making it a reliable choice for commercial use.
