The Osion OCM-350AF is a state-of-the-art full cube ice machine head, designed to be paired with a separate ice storage bin (not included). With a production rate of 350 pounds of ice per day, this modular unit utilizes R290 refrigerant, an air-cooled condenser, and a self-contained refrigeration system for optimal efficiency. Its user-friendly touch-control display allows for easy operation, including the ability to activate a 5-minute cleaning cycle, set a delay timer, or check the machine's status. To keep the ice fresh and clean, the removable air filter should be cleaned twice a month with a vacuum and soft brush, or water and mild detergent. Additionally, using a water filter is recommended. The 22" wide by 24-6/10" deep by 22-3/10" high construction of this ice maker is made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and compatibility with other back-of-house equipment and storage bins.
