The Dukers DCGM48 is a 48-inch countertop gas griddle equipped with four burners delivering a total of 120,000 BTU/H for powerful, even heating. Designed for commercial kitchens, it supports both Natural Gas and Propane connections, offering installation flexibility. Its spacious 47.86" x 20.50" cooking surface accommodates large-scale food preparation. Built with durable stainless steel inside and out, it features a 3/4” thick polished steel griddle plate and a seamless full-length drip pan for easy cleaning. Independent manual controls and adjustable stainless steel legs provide precise operation and stability. Includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
