To simplify operation, the dial-type, easy-to-use thermostats ease the process of adjusting internal conditions. Its two-speed fans evenly distribute heat for a thorough, fully cooked result; as a safety precaution, the fans feature a cool-down mode to minimize overheating. To increase efficiency, this unit is supplied with a timer and buzzer, and it's powered by electricity for efficient, quick heating to hasten cooking processes. This unit doesn't come with a cord and plug, so it will need to be hardwired to operate.

Overall, the IECO-2 double full-size electric convection oven measures 38-1/8 inches wide by 44-3/8 inches deep by 68-5/8 inches high and flaunts an industrial appearance; its front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the interior cavities are made of porcelain to reduce the appearance of wear through extensive use. It ships with five wire racks per oven, which can be adjusted using the 11-position rack glides on the wall of each oven.
