Sierra SHPI, *Insulated* Heated Proofer Cabinet, 36 Pan Capacity

Sierra's SHPI is a mobile, insulated holding cabinet with a capacity of up to 36 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans at 1.5-inch clearance. This NSF-approved heater / proofer offers 9 adjustable heat settings up to 185°F (85°C) and 30-100% humidity up to 115°F (46.1°C). LED display with removable control drawer is easy to read and ensures convenience when cleaning. Air baffle and blower provide uniform heat distribution. The reversible door with aluminum frame enables cleaning access and has corner bumpers for equipment protection. Heavy-duty, all-welded construction, plus caster wheels, complete the design. A 1-year warranty backs the product.
