The GES-5400 model of Electro Freeze is equipped with the VQM, making it an ideal choice for high volume production. This soft serve freezer features the GES-5400 Genesis Series and a high-speed pump in the front-loading refrigerated cabinet. With its pressurized system, this machine consistently delivers smooth and creamy products such as ice cream, custard, yogurt, and sorbets. Perfect for use in ice cream and custard shops, sports arenas, and stadiums. Not to be confused with the GEN-5400, this model has a unique pump-forward design within the cabinet.
